It was the first such high-level dialogue with DPRK authorities since 2004. The dialogue and partnership between the United Nations and DPRK should further be strengthened. That is what I believe is mutually beneficial during the period when the DPRK and its people are suffering from difficult economic situation, and in particular when the humanitarian situation is very worrisome. So the United Nations is ready to provide such assistance. In addition to that, there are many other fields in which the UN and the DPRK can cooperate with each other.
