A boss of Camorra"s Nuvoletta clan, 49-year-old Luigi Esposito, was regarded as one of the 30 most dangerous criminals in Italy. He has been on the run since 2003. In 2006 he was sentenced in absentia to nine years in prison for drug trafficking and association with organized crime.

Esposito was arrested at his luxury villa in Naples on Saturday, where he lived under a false name.
